Stretch Zone Denison opened its doors on September 17, 2026, introducing practitioner-assisted stretching services to the community. The studio is owned and operated by Edmund M. Bagingito and Karissa Rangel. This location marks Bagingito's first franchise business and his first Stretch Zone location.
Bagingito first encountered the brand as a customer while attending a golf tournament. After receiving a stretch from a local team, he became a member and decided to bring the service to his own area. He stated that the experience showed him the benefits of professional stretching and inspired him to share that with others.
The studio focuses on helping individuals maintain active lifestyles. Bagingito noted that the goal is to assist people in moving better, whether they are involved in sports like golf and tennis or simply wish to stay active as they age. Each one-on-one session is tailored to a client's specific flexibility, mobility, and wellness goals. The service aims to reduce stiffness and improve range of motion.
Prior to this venture, Bagingito built a real estate portfolio through rental property investments. He described this new business as his first opportunity to own a company centered on health and wellness. He emphasized that while professional athletes have long valued flexibility, everyday individuals can now access similar benefits.
Stretch Zone was founded in 2004 by Jorden Gold. The brand operates more than 425 locations across North America and uses patented equipment along with certified practitioner training. The company has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 and Franchise Times Top 400 lists.
