Council moves to tear out Waterloo Pool's structure as swimmers wait on Austin College lifeguards
Removing the closed pool's infrastructure is expected to cost about $250,000 from insurance money, the city said after Monday's meeting. Free weekday swims at Austin College start once the college has enough lifeguards.
