A collaborative hands-on autumn cooking experience presented by the Denison Arts Council. Guests work together in small groups to prepare different elements of a seasonal multi-course menu, from a welcome elixir and warm olive focaccia through roasted soup, a brined pork chop, and a poached pear dessert, then gather to enjoy each course. The session explores technique and flavor, with no advanced cooking experience required. Limited to eight guests; registration is $125 per person.
