Grayson Central Appraisal District provides a 2026 reference list for the subdivision and abstract codes used in its appraisal data. The list is available through the district’s public-information webpage.

Open the Subdivision Code List PDF, then use your PDF viewer’s Find or Search command to enter the code or description you want to check. The file is one complete document with 133 pages. Codes appear in the left column and descriptions in the right.

For an example, search for G-3131. On page 64, the description beside that code is “OTP DENISON.” Match the complete code and description when comparing an entry with a record.

The same public-information page links separate references for state, entity and exemption codes, along with an appraisal-data download. Use the reference that matches the type of code you are looking up. The district also provides a property-search page.

For questions about a specific appraisal record, contact Grayson CAD.
