Denison, Texas — Gas prices in the Sherman-Denison area averaged $3.3250 per gallon for regular unleaded on July 9, 2026, according to AAA, up from $3.2050 yesterday. That is up from $3.2550 a week ago but lower than $3.4260 a month ago.
The statewide average in Texas stands at $3.4180, while the national average is $3.8460. Drivers in the Sherman-Denison area are paying below the state average and below the national average.
