The Cigna Group announced Oct. 6 that Donna F. Zarcone plans to retire from the company’s board of directors on Dec. 31, 2026.
Cigna said Zarcone’s departure is not related to a disagreement with the company’s management or its strategy.
The Globe and Mail published the announcement through third-party content. The report did not provide additional details about any connection to Denison.
CIGNA employs about 800 people in Denison, according to local government records.
