The city council will receive a report and hold a discussion regarding a rezoning request for a 1.936 acre tract at 315 W. Coffin Street.
The applicant intends to remodel the existing building to create an event space.
The property currently holds split zoning between the MF-2 Multi-Family Residential District and the LR Local Retail District.
The proposed ordinance would rezone the entire parcel to the LR Local Retail District.
Council members will conduct a public hearing and vote on the ordinance.
A companion conditional use permit application, Case No. 2025-64CUP, is also scheduled for review during the meeting.
