Texas A&M edge rusher Anto Saka has been featured on The Athletic's 2026 "Freaks List," an annual compilation of remarkable college football athletes, as announced by the school on Monday. Bruce Feldman, the creator of the list, referred to Saka as the standout among a talented defensive line group.
Saka, who stands 6-foot-4 and weighs 255 pounds, is a graduate student from Baltimore and previously played at Northwestern. He is not the only transfer on the Aggies' defensive line; Sam M'Pemba, a redshirt junior from Georgia, measures 6-foot-3 and weighs 257 pounds.
The Freaks List highlights exceptional athletic testing results reported by strength coaches and programs, focusing on raw physical abilities rather than player performance. Texas A&M did not disclose Saka's specific ranking on the list.
This announcement comes as the Aggies are in the midst of Fall Camp, with their season opener scheduled for September 5 at Kyle Field.
